Members of Bloomington/Normal Move-On held at rally in support of President Obama’s jobs bill at a fundraiser for IL Republican Congressional incumbant Adam Kinzinger in Bloomington today. Members of Move.Org BloNo council congregated outside the Double Tree Hotel with chants of Jobs Not Cuts! One, two, three, four Pay your taxes like the poor Five, six, seven, eight Budget cuts are what we hate!
Council Coordinator Sara Weidemier said to the group “Americans need jobs not cuts, paid for by making millionaires and corporations pay their fair share” the aim of the action was to send a message to Adam Kinzinger to vote yes on the jobs bill.
People greet Kinzinger and supporters with "Jobs, Not Cuts".
