Over 80 organizations and businesses participated in the 2012 Illinois Sustainable Living and Wellness Expo on Saturday, April 14th.
The annual event, held in the Shirk Center on the Illinois Wesleyan campus, promotes alternatives for a green, sustainable society and healthy living. This year’s them was Creating Healthy Communities and was McLean County’s first ever Zero Waste event.
